Another Sensation rumor.

A rumor prevailed in the city last evening that the New York Herald of a recent date, had been received by an officer here, with the news the Gov. Seymour. of New York, had ordered out thirty thousand million to resist the exception of the order from the Yankee War Department to collect the arms of the Government in the State of New York. Our informers failed to furnish confirmation of this rumor, though we learned nothing to justify us in saying that it is entirely without foundation.
