BELLI

Eth. BELLI (Βελλοί), one of the smaller tribes of the Celtiberi, in Hispania Tarraconensis, with the powerful city of Segeda (Σεγήδη), the revolt of which commenced the Celtiberian War. (Plb. 35.2; Appian. de Reb. Hisp. 44, 45.)
