When these things had been done in this manner, Publius
Dolabella the praetor issued his interdict, as is the custom, “concerning violence,
and armed men,” ordering, without any exception, that he should restore the property
from which he had ejected Caecina. He said, that he had restored it. Securities were entered
into to stand a trial. The cause is now before you for your decision.
