Nestor's words, “ξὺν νηυσὶν ἐπ̓ ἠεροειδέα πόντον” “πλαζόμενοι κατὰ ληίδ̓, ὅπῃ ἄρξειεν Ἀχιλλεύς γ” 105 f. . . . wandering for booty wherever Achilles led. The gen. depends upon the following prep. in composition.ἐξεπράθομεν: equiv. to “ἐξείλομεν πέρσαντες”. δέδασται: the tense marks that the matter has been settled and is not to be reconsidered.
