[3] totidem mea: Ellis takes these words to mean ‘I have scored the same number of points’ (i. e. my case is exactly the same), referring to the game of duodecim scripta described by Ovid in Ov. Art. Am. 3.363ff.: but though the general meaning of the clause is clear, the precise interpretation is doubtful.
