quod minus, quam convenerit, fac-
tum sit, culpa id alterius accidisse. deinde alterius
culpa exponenda demonstrandum est, quantum volun-
tatis et studii fuerit in ipso, et id signis confirman-

aut dictis; atque hoc ipsi utile fuisse facere, inutile

cunia data non esset, accusatione alterius et culpae
depulsione dempta ceteris similiter uti locis oportebit
et ex concessionis partibus, quae convenient, assumere;
