[378] ἕζεαι. Buttmann and Ahrens deny the existence of a present “ἕζομαι” instead of “ἵζομαι”, and require us here to read “ἕζεο” from “ἑζόμην”, the aorist. If ἕζεαι be retained it is better to scan it as a dissyllable, because of the initial “ϝ” in ἶσος.
