[628] ἐπιπροΐηλε, moved forward to them.ἰάλλω” is used as in “χεῖρας ἴαλλον”, simply put forth, a weakening of the usual sense shoot. The compound recurs in Hymm. Cer. 326, sent forth, cf. Od. 22.49ἐπίηλεν”, started, prompted.
