[173] ἑαδότα recurs as an adj. agreeable in Od. 18.422 (the same line). There is no other instance of the perf. of “ἁνδάνω” in H. Cf. however “ϝεϝαδη#3ότα” = placita in a Lokrian inscr. (Collitz 1478. 39). Ap. Rhod. is naturally fond of using “ἕαδα”.
