[208] ἕης, an indefensible form, see note on 168; it is a supposed case of ‘Epic diectasis’ on the false analogy of “ὅου2.325, aided perhaps by that of the possessive pronoun “”: “ἑή” (“σϝή”). P. Knight reads “ὅο. ἐράασθε” from “ἔραμαι” is also fictitious. It is apparently formed on the analogy of “ἀγάασθεOd. 5.119 (cf. Od. 5.122, Od. 16.203).
