[289] σημαίνειν with dat. = to give orders, as 2.805. τινα, one, a general expression in form, though Agamemnon is of course thinking of himself. Nägelsbach compares Soph. Ant. 751ἥδ᾽ οὖν θανεῖται καὶ θανοῦσ᾽ ὀλεῖ τινά” (sc. “ἐμέ”).
