[195] βουλήν: acc. of the terminus ad quem, only here with “καλεῖν”, and rarely with any verbs except those which imply reaching a point (H. G. § 140. 4). Cf. 6.87 “ξυνάγουσα γεραιὰς νηόν”. For the regular members of the “βουλή” see on 2.194.
