[142] τοῦ πατρός Ar.; but Zen. read “οὗ πατρός”, ‘your father,’ which is certainly right. See App. The A. other variant, “σφοῦ”, is, as Brugmann remarks, an attempt either to mend the metre, or more probably to ‘correct’ at least the number, if not the person, of the pronoun.
