[245] ἠνίπαπε, a strange reduplication, like “ἠρύκακε”. The subst. “ἐνιπή” is common, but the pres. “ἐνίπτω” is doubtful; see 3.438, 24.768, where van L. (Ench. p. 480) would read “ἔνισσε, ἐνίσσοι”. On the cognate “ἐνένιπε” see H. G. p. 397.
