[796] “ἄλλος δ᾽ ἅμα” Nauck, with better rhythm (see on 2.751), but the phrase recurs in 189, 204, 16.38, forming in fact a large portion of the exceptions to ‘Wernicke's law.’ The Papyrus may have had “τὸν δ᾽ ἄλλον λαὸν ἀνώχθω” (Nicole) or “καὶ ἕπεσθαι λαὸν ἀνώχθω” (Menrad).
