[348] See 20.221. The line has all the appearance of an interpolation. Notice the developed article with the gen. The last half seems to be modelled on 21.279. The γε is even more out of place here than there. Here also D and others have “τέτραφεν” (for “τέτραφον”? It can hardly be meant to come from “τετράφην”). Buttmann's conj. “ἔτραφον” is doubtless the right form.
